From a young age, growing up in a sports-oriented family in Denver Colorado, physical fitness and sports have been an integral part of Sarah’s life. Motivated by her excitement and enjoyment of sports and exercise, Sarah began her journey from student to instructor.

Sarah maintains a down-to-earth customized approach that inspires people who might otherwise feel that being healthy doesn’t fit into their world view. Sarah moves her students through each session with encouragement, challenge and great fun. Her sessions are enthusiastic and challenging, and are led in a safe way that will make any student feel comfortable, will build their confidence, and achieve their goals.

Sarah is continually evolving her capabilities and fusing specialties. Training sessions are peppered with ballet barre, Pilates, strength training, core fusion and sport conditioning moves. Her core philosophy centers on the powerful notion of the mind-body connection. Think healthy and feel healthy.

Sarah also offers programs tailored specifically for teenagers to keep them challenged and motivated. Resistance training for teenagers is a safe and highly effective way to compliment sports training. Empowering adolescents at a young age results in excellent health awareness.
